摘要
体育院校理论课对提升新世纪的体育人才的综合素质具有重要的意义。通过研究发现在体育院校中存在着理论课被边缘化,理论课教师工作积极性不高,一些学生对理论课不够重视,理论课要求过于统一等问题。体育院校开发理论课校本课程有利于突出本校特色,满足学生个性化的需求,凸显理论课教师的教学风格,促进师生的可持续性发展,对于国家课程和地方课程进行合理补充。体育院校理论课开发校本课程是一个系统工程,需要对理论课教师开发校本课程进行鼓励,并提升理论课教师的素质;要正确处理校本课程与国家课程、地方课程的关系;力争获得外部力量的支持;注重过程而不仅仅强调结果。
In Colleges and universities of physical education theory course in the new century sports talent's compre- hensive quality has important significance. Through the study found in sports colleges and universities exist theory class marginalized, Theory Teachers'working enthusiasm is not tall, some students do not pay enough attention to the- ory courses, course requirements are too uniform etc.. Sports colleges and universities developing theory of school based curriculum in favor of our outstanding features, meet the students/demand for personalized, prominent theory teachers teaching style, promote teachers and studentsjsustainable development, for the national curriculum and local curriculum reasonable supplement. In Colleges and universities of physical education theory course of school - based curriculum development is a systematic project, the need for theory teachers school -based cumculum development to encourage, and promote theory teachers quality ; to properly handle the school - based curriculum and national cur- riculum, local curriculum; strive to obtain external force support; focus on process rather than emphasizing the re- suits.
