MTHFR基因多态性和TopoⅡ在大肠癌中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 大肠癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,美国近年大肠癌年发病约十几万例;在我国,由于饮食习惯和生活方式的改变,大肠癌发病率日渐增高,已跃居第3-5位,并呈逐渐上升趋势,严重危害到人类的健康。大肠癌早期症状不明显,且病情发展缓慢,发现时多为晚期,因此,早期诊断、早期治疗是重要防治研究方向。
