摘要
"卓越工程师教育培养计划"(简称"卓越计划")是CDIO国际工程教育模式本土化的结果。文章对照"卓越计划"和CDIO模式对工科学生人文素质培养的要求,分析了加强工科学生人文素质教育的必要性,并提出了将人文素质教育纳入教学计划、改革人才培养模式等加强工科学生人文素质教育的对策建议,有益于"卓越计划"的落实。
The "Project of Excellent Engineer Education and Training" is a localized version of the inter- national engineering education model of CDIO in China. In the light of the requirements of the Project and the CDIO model for the humanistic education among engineering students, this paper argues for the necessity of in- tensifying the humanistic education among engineering students, and puts forward such suggestions and meas- ures as incorporating humanistic education in the teaching syllabus and reforming the model of education and training, so that the Project can be better carried out.
