摘要
由于医疗纠纷数量的急剧上升 ,缓和紧张的医患关系已成为全社会关注的热点。 1987年国务院颁布的《医疗事故处理办法》已不适应新的形势 ,在新的《办法》不能及时出台的情况下 ,现在急需在旧《办法》的框架内提高医疗鉴定制度的公正性 ,以缓解医疗机构的压力。笔者从鉴定委员会的组成、鉴定的方法、鉴定的依据、鉴定的证据、鉴定的监督等 5个方面提出意见以供参考。
WT5”BZ]Because the cases of medical treatment dissension increased sharply,how to alleviate the strained doctor patient relationship had been paid more attention by public.Graduation of malpractice which was decreed by State Council was not adapted in new situation.Because of new graduation of malpractice has not decreed yet,it was urgent to improve the equity of appraisal of malpractice in the frame of old graduation of malpractice to alleviate the pressure of medical organizations.The author put forward some views from five aspects which were organization of appraision of committee of medical treating accident,appraisal method,appraisal basis and appraisal surveillance.
