摘要
地方师范院校是我国高校中一个特殊的群体,它具有师范和非师范两面性,其定位主要是为地方经济、社会发展服务。由于高等教育大众化的快速发展和用人机制的变革,地方师范院校大学生就业工作面临着严峻的挑战,必须通过就业工作机制创新,才能实现就业工作的可持续发展。
Local Teachers Colleges and a special group of people in our universities,it has Normal and Non-Normal two sides,and its positioning for local economic and social development.Local Teachers Colleges and University Students' Employment changes due to the rapid development of the popularization of higher education and employment mechanism,facing severe challenges,innovation must work through employment mechanism,in order to achieve sustainable development of employment.
