摘要 以金线莲原球茎为试材,研究了基本培养基、添加物以及不同培养方式对原球茎增殖的影响。结果表明:以B5为基本培养基最适合金线莲原球茎的增殖;天然添加物对金线莲原球茎增殖有明显的促进作用,椰汁对增殖的促进作用最大,培养45d后原球茎重量平均增加6.146倍;液体悬浮培养的增殖效果最佳,培养30d增殖倍数达2.150,原球茎生长健壮。 Taking the protocorm-like bodies(PLBs) of Anoectochilus roburghii as test materials,the effects of different basic media,additives and culturing methods on PLBs proliferation of Anoectochilus roburghii were studied. The results showed that B5 was the most suitable basic medium for PLBs proliferation;when coconut juice, banana juice,apple juice were supplemented in the same medium for PLI3,s proliferation,the proliferation was best in the presence of coconut juice and the 6. 146-fold increase in PLBs weight was achieved. The optimum culturing method was liquid suspension culture, by which proliferation rate reached 2. 150-fold average after 30 days.
