摘要
通过对新工艺下B级船用开平板与传统B级船用中板厚度规格为[10,12]mm,[14,16]mm,[18,20]mm,[22,24]mm 4个组距的抗拉强度、屈服强度、拉伸性能和残余应力等力学性能进行比较分析,获得一系列试验结果。试验结果表明:B级开平板的纵横向抗拉强度与屈服强度指标均优于同等规格的B级中板;B级开平板纵向的伸长率高于横向的伸长率。纵横向力学性能的差异可能是由于纵横向变形程度不同造成的。
The mechanical properties about tensile strength, yield strength, tensile property and residual stress were investigated compared B opened plate using new technology with middle thickness plates using conventional method un- der thickness standard for [10, 12] rnm, [14, 16] mm, [18, 20] mm, [22, 24] mm. The results show that the ten- sile strength and yield strength of ]3 opened plates are better than the B plate, the longitudinal of B opened plate has an advantage over its longitudinal. The different mechanical properties may be made from the deformation variance of B opened plate in the transverse and the longitudinal.
