二元视角下的文化创意产业模块化研究 被引量:7

摘要 文化创意产业的艺术性和商业性经常发生冲突,致使该产业标准化和定制化之间的矛盾变得非常突出。因此,文化创意产业要面对许多二元性问题,这为模块化研究提供了一个兼具代表性和独特性的研究情境。模块化运作有助于解决文化创意产业管理实践中的诸多二元性问题,帮助文化创意企业在快速变化的技术和市场环境中实现高效运作,进而获取可持续竞争力。本文首先讨论了文化创意产业固有的创意人才管理和创意过程管理方面的二元性问题,然后剖析了模块化能够解决这些问题的原因和机制,并阐述了在这个产业情境下研究模块化问题的特殊意义,最后对未来相关研究进行了简要展望。
