摘要
采用熔体浸渍工艺制备长玻纤增强聚丙烯材料,研究注塑温度对长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:注塑温度影响长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的力学性能;当注塑温度为290℃时,长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的力学性能最优。
Using an melt impregnation device,long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (LGFRP) pellets were produced, The injection temperature on the mechanical properties of the long glass fiber reinforced composite was studied. The results showed that injection temperature seriously effected mechanical properties of long glass fiber reinforced PP composite. When injection temperature was 290 ℃ ,the long glass fiber reinforced composite obtained the best mechanical properties.
