高效液相色谱法测定人参蜂王浆口服液中五味子木脂素成分的含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立人参蜂王浆口服液中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素三种五味子木脂素成分含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法样品超声提取后,滤过,取续滤液,采用高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱为依利特Hy-persi ODS2(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm。结果五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素分别在0.045 4~11.35,0.049 3~12.33,0.055 3~13.82μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均加样回收率依次为96.4%,100.1%和106.1%;RSD(n=9)依次为3.7%,2.7%和2.3%。精密度和重复性良好。结论所建立的方法准确、简便,适用于人参蜂王浆口服液中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素的含量测定。 Purpose To develop a HPLC method for the determination of schisandrin,deoxyschizan- drin and schisandrin B of Schisandra Chinesesi Fructus in Ginseng Royal Jelly Oral Liquid simultaneously. Methods A Hypersil ODS2 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)was used. The mobil phase was composed of methanol and water,which eluded in a gradient program. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was set at 254 nm. Results The results were that quantitative line range of three ingredients was 0. 045 4-11.35,0. 049 3-12.33 and 0. 055 3-13.82 μg/mL,respectively. The average recovery( n -- 9 ) was 96.4% , 100.1% , 106.1% and RSD is 3.7 % , 2.7 % ,2.3 % , respectively. Conclusion A specif- ic,sensitive, simple and reproducible HPLC method was established for the determination of the three lig- nan compounds of Schisandra Chinesesi Fructus in Ginseng Royal Jelly Oral Liquid.
