摘要 喹啉及其衍生物是重要的药物中间体。叙述了喹啉醛的合成方法,主要介绍了直接氧化法、间接氧化法、自由基反应、Reimer-Tiemann和有机金属等方法在合成喹啉醛衍生物上的应用。 Quinoline and its derivative are an important drug intermediate. The main content of this paper is a-bout the synthesis of quinoline aldehyde. Quinoline aldehydes are synthesized by the direct oxidation, indirect oxida-tion, free radical reactions, Reimer-Tiemann and synthesis of organometallic.
