摘要
测定了地稔中没食子酸的含量。采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(3:97),检测波长273nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为室温。结果表明,在5-50μg·mL-1范围内,没食子酸浓度(c)与其峰面积(A)呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=0.93%(n=6)。说明该法快速简单,稳定可靠,专属性强。
To determine the content of gallic acid in Melastoma dodecandrum with HPLC. Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (3 : 97), and detected at 273 nm; with flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1, and the temperature of column was at room temperature. The results showed the linearity of gallic acid was over the range of 5-50 μg.mL-1 with the correlation coefficient 0.999 9. The average recoveries was 99.2% with RSD=0.93% (n=6). The conclusion indicated the method was convenient, stable, reliable and special for the determination of gallic acid in Melastoma dodecandrum.
