亚临界水萃取板栗多糖及其清除自由基活性研究 被引量:18

Extraction on chestnut polysaccharide by subcritical water and analysis on free radical scavenging capacity

摘要 以板栗多糖提取得率为指标,通过单因素和正交试验优化亚临界水萃取板栗多糖的最佳工艺参数,对所得板栗多糖的清除自由基活性进行研究。结果表明,在提取压力5.0MPa、水料比20mL/g、提取温度150℃、提取时间10min条件下,板栗多糖提取得率为14.89%,与常规的热水浸提法(板栗多糖提取得率是9.63%)相比,在提取时间和提取得率上均具有明显优势,而且板栗多糖在一定浓度范围内对DPPH·、羟自由基、超氧阴离子均有一定的清除作用,且亚临界水萃取的多糖清除自由基活性高于热水提取。 The present study was carried out to investigate the extraction and free radical scavenging capacity of polysaccharides from chestnut by subcritical water. In order to optimize the extracting parameters of subcritical water extraction, single factor and orthogonal experiment were conducted by taking polysaccharide yield as index. The results were as follows: the yield of chestnut polysaccharide was 14.89% at 5.0 MPa, 150 % for 10 min with the liquid solid ratio of 20 mL/g, which was much higher than that hot water extraction (9.63%). Compared with traditional extraction method, subcritical water extracting polysaccharide from chestnut has obvious advantage in saving time and extraction ratio. Both of these two kinds of polysaccharides from subcritical water and hot water extraction had the scavenging activities to DPPH, hydroxyl and superoxide anion free radicals within a certain range of concentration, and the effect of the former was stronger than that of the latter.
