摘要目的:分析比较左氧氟沙星与头孢呋辛联合阿奇霉素治疗社区获得性肺炎临床疗效。方法:将80例接受社区获得性肺炎治疗的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者给予左氧氟沙星治疗,对照组患者给予头孢呋辛联合阿奇霉素治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、细菌转阴率,同时评价药物的安全性。结果:治疗结束后,两组治疗总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在细菌清除率以及不良反应发生率方面,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星与头孢呋辛联合阿奇霉素治疗社区获得性肺炎比较,临床疗效相近,安全可靠,可在临床选择应用。
