亚临床甲减与冠心病患者心肌重构及心功能之间的关系 被引量:21

摘要 多数研究认为亚临床甲状腺功能减退(亚临床甲减)可能引起血脂代谢异常、血压升高、血同型半胱氨酸增加、血管内皮功能受损,从而可能增加冠心病的发病。本研究探讨亚临床甲减对冠心病患者心肌重构及心功能的影响。
