摘要
目的 观察刚地弓形虫感染小鼠肝脏中弓形虫对肝脏损害的病理变化。方法 采用免疫组化 ABC法。结果 可见弓形虫从两方面对小鼠肝脏造成损害 :一方面 ,弓形虫进入血流 ,随血流进入肝脏 ,在肝组织血管及毛细血管周围的肝细胞内寄生、繁殖 ,导致肝细胞发生肿胀变性 ,细胞破裂形成坏死灶、坏死区 ,同时也导致血管壁破坏 ,肝组织内广泛出血 ,致使小鼠死亡 ;另一方面 ,经腹腔进入小鼠体内的弓形虫侵入肝脏边沿的肝细胞内寄生、繁殖形成坏死区 ,然后再向肝脏内侵入形成坏死灶 ,致使肝细胞大量坏死 ,使肝脏组织结构遭到破坏。结论 弓形虫对小鼠肝脏的损害是破坏肝细胞、肝内血管壁及毛细胞血管壁 ,造成肝脏组织结构破坏 ,功能丧失 ,肝内血管破裂 ,肝内出血 。
Aim To observe the pathological changes in the mice liver damaged by the virulent RH strain of Toxoplasma gondii. Method Immunochemistry ABC dye test. Result The mice liver tissue was damaged in two ways by Toxoplasma gondii. On the one hand,the tachyzoites of Toxoplasma gondii entered blood and then got into mice liver. T.gondii tachyzoites parasitized firstly and reproduced in the liver cell of the mice around blood vessel and blood capillary in mice. T.gondii tachyzoites caused the cell of mice liver swelling denaturation and death in the end.Many death cells of mice liver formed necrosis area.Meanwhile,T.gondii tachyzoites damaged to the blood vessel wall in mice liver and blood could get into mice liver tissue to lead to mice death.On the other hand, T.gondii tachyzoites that got into mice body through intraperitoneal parasitized firstly and reproduced in the liver cell of mice edge. The cell died and formed necrosis area. Many new T.gondii tachyzoites invaded other cell of mice liver inside and caused the cell death. The mice liver tissue was grievous damaged. Conclusion The harm to mice liver is that T.gondii damaged the liver cells of mice and blood vessel wall and blood capillary in mice liver. The construct of mice liver was damaged. The function of liver lost. Blood vessel wall of mice's liver inside was damaged and blood got into mice'liver tissue.Mice died.
