乳腺良恶性病变中凋亡基因Bcl-2的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :检测乳腺良、恶性病变中 Bcl- 2表达及意义。方法 :对 1 1 1例乳腺良、恶性病变的石蜡切片标本进行免疫组织化学染色。结果 :乳腺良、恶性病变中乳腺导管内乳头状瘤病的 Bcl- 2阳性率为 2 5.0 %。与无表达的乳腺纤维腺病和纤维腺瘤差异显著 ( P<0 .0 5)。乳腺癌组织中 Bcl- 2高表达 ( 68.6% ) ,这种表达与肿瘤组织学分级和淋巴结转移呈负相关 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,与激素受体水平和5年生存期呈正相关 ,与肿物大小无关。结论 :Bcl- 2表达的导管内乳头状瘤病容易癌变。Bcl- 2过表达的乳腺癌 ,生存期长 ,预后好 ,Bcl- 2有可能作为判定乳腺导管内乳头状瘤病早期癌变及乳腺癌预后的有效指标。 Objective:To investigate the expression of Bcl 2 in benign and malignant breast disease and its significance.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used in this study.Results:Of the benign disease Bcl 2 expression was 25% in intraductal papillomatosis,but no expression was found in others;Bcl 2 protein expressed high in breast cancer (68.6%),and its expression was negatively correlated with histological grade and metastases,positively correlated with the level of ER and PR and survival duration.There was no relationship between the Bcl 2 expression and tumor size.Conclusion:Intraductal papillomatosis with Bcl 2 expression is prone to canceration.Breast cancer with Bcl 2 expression shows a high survival rate and good prognosis.Bcl 2 might be considered as an efficient factor to identify the early canceration in intraductal papillomatosis and the prognosis in breast cancer. 〔
