摘要
我国的人口老龄化形势日趋严峻,既有的家庭养老、机构养老和社区居家养老模式虽各具优势但也各有不足。在这样的背景下,本文尝试提出一种新的养老模式,即"网络化居家养老"。网络化居家养老将既有的三种养老模式纳入其中,发挥其各自优势,同时借助信息化手段和统一的为老服务平台,通过整合全社会为老服务资源形成网络,为居家养老人提供方便、快捷、高效、随需的为老服务,使老年人能够尽享现代社会带来的便利。同时,本文也希望通过探讨这种新的养老模式,对我国社会治理与服务模式转型升级进行再思考。
The aging problem in China is becoming more and more serious nowadays.Traditional aged-care models,including family care,institutional care and community-based home-care for the aged,cannot totally solve the aging problem in China.In this context,this article attempts to put forward a new kind of aged-care model,called ＂networking home-care for the aged＂.By means of modern information technology,various kinds of aged-care resources in the society are mobilized and delivered to the aged via integrated service platform,providing convenient,fast,efficient and demand-oriented services for the elderly.By doing this,we also want to reflex the model of governance and service in China at the same time.
