摘要
通过政府网站绩效评估正确引导政府网站建设,提升政府网站服务水平,直接影响到政府的形象,也关系着政府管理和服务的能力。对现阶段世界范围内网站绩效评估情况进行比较研究,就国外著名咨询、研究机构网站绩效评估现状进行说明比较,政府网站是政府服务的主要载体,也是电子政务体系中面向公众的主要窗口。对国内现阶段网站绩效评估情况举例说明,就中国政府网站绩效评估发展趋势进行研究分析总结。
Through the government website performance evaluation,it can guide correctly government website construction,enhance the government web site service level,directly affect the image of the government,and also relate to the government management and service ability.The present website on performance evaluation in the world were mainly compared and researched in the paper.Firstly,website performance evaluation situation are compared famous international consultation with research institutions.The government web site is not only the main carrier of government service,but also the electronic government affairs system in the main window to the public.Then,some inland examples declare the domestic present situation of performance evaluation of website.The development trend of the website for the Chinese government performance evaluation is analyzed and summarized at last.
