摘要
以海洋微藻培养常用的普适性康维方营养液为基础,按照各营养元素的物质的量分数相等的原则,分别选取不同种类的氮源(硝酸钠、氯化铵、尿素)、铁源(三氯化铁、硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸铁)、磷源(由磷酸二氢钠和磷酸氢二钠组成,同时构成pH分别为7.0、7.5、8.0的缓冲体系),采用L9(34)正交设计试验方案,通过对试验结果的直观分析和方差分析,表明氮源是影响扁藻生长、产物组成及其含量的显著性因素,尿素促进扁藻的生长,并利于蛋白质积累,铵态氮利于淀粉积累;磷酸盐及其所构成的缓冲体系对扁藻总脂积累具有比较显著的影响,初始pH=7.0的磷酸盐缓冲体系利于扁藻油脂的积累。
The effects of sources of nitrogen(sodium nitrate,ammonium chloride and urea),iron(ferric trichloride,ferrous sulfate and ironic citrate) and phosphorus(consisted of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and disodium hydrogen phosphate to form the buffer of pH=7.0,7.5 and 8.0) on growth and components in alga Platymonas subcordiformis were studied on the base of universal Wanel nutrients for culturing marine microalgae according to the principle of equal gram-molecule in orthogonal experimental design L9(34).The results showed that nitrogen sources were a significant factor affecting the growth and components of the alga,urea facilitating growth and accumulation of protein,and ammonium chloride being beneficial to accumulation of starch.The phosphate buffer was shown to have to some extent effect on the accumulation of total lipids,and the buffer with initial pH=7.0 was found to be beneficial to accumulation of total lipids
