摘要
根据JH25-200型高速压力机的特点和其内部曲轴的运转情况,利用三维软件SolidWorks对压力机曲轴进行建模,并导入有限元分析软件Ansys 11.0,检验曲轴在加大压力机工作行程,单改变材料不改变外形尺寸的条件下能否满足强度要求。结果表明虽然达到了材料强度要求,但曲轴变形有些偏大,会对压力机正常运转产生不利影响,因此我们对曲轴进行了尺寸优化,为压力机的改进设计提供了重要依据。
Based on the construction feature of JH25--200 high speed press and it's crankshaft, by u- sing Solidworks program, model of the crankshaft has been built, and put it into the finite element a- nalysis software ANSYS. With increasing press working stroke, we will check the crankshaft can meet the requirements of strength or not, by changing material but not changing size condition. The results show that although to achieve the strength, some of the larger deformation, it will adversely affect the normal operation of the press. Therefore, we optimize the crankshaft dimensions, and pro- vide important basis for improving design.
