摘要
水平井分段压裂技术是目前开采低孔、低渗透油气藏的最好方法,而投球滑套是实现该技术的核心工具。为此,研制了水平井分段压裂可钻式投球滑套。该投球滑套有以下结构特点:①采用分瓣爪定位锁紧结构,可实现滑套打开后逆向锁紧,避免内滑套上行封堵喷砂口,影响油井排液以及后续生产;②防转销钉与内滑套沟槽的设计,实现了内滑套与外筒之间的周向固定,可以根据工艺要求对球座进行钻磨作业;③球座采用易磨铣球墨铸铁材料,后续施工钻除方便;④设计不同内径的球座,同时配合相对应的低密度球,可以满足水平井多段压裂的要求。现场应用结果表明,该投球滑套结构合理,操作简单,打开压力稳定,可满足12段压裂施工的要求。
The staged fracture technology of horizontal well is currently the best method for the recovery of low- porosity and low-permeability petroleum reservoirs. The ball injection sliding sleeve is the key tool to achieve the technology. Therefore, the drillable dropping sleeve of horizontal staged fracture was developed. The sliding sleeve has the following structural features. First, adoption of split claw positioning locking mechanism can achieve the re- verse locking of sleeve after its opening so as to prevent inner sleeve from moving upward to block the sand jet and disturbing the drainage of oil well and subsequent production. Second, design of anti-rotation pin and inner sleeve groove achieves the circumferential fastening of inner sleeve and outer cylinder. The drilling and milling operation of the ball seat can be performed according to the technological requirement. Third, the ball seat adopts millable duc- tile cast iron so that the subsequent operation is convenient. Fourth, ball seats with different inner diameters are de- signed and the matching corresponding low-density balls are provided, which can satisfy the requirement of multi- stage fracture of horizontal well. The field application shows that the dropping sleeve is rational in structure, simple in operation and stable in opening pressure, which can meet the needs of 12-section fracturing construction.
