摘要
基于有限元法对PDC钻头切削齿破岩过程中温度场做了研究,利用有限元软件模拟分析动态破岩,并采用温度-位移耦合显式侵彻接触算法研究破岩过程中切削齿的温度分布,建立了三维切削齿-岩石仿真模型,分析了单齿破岩过程中温度场的分布规律。分析结果表明,采用三维曲面岩石模型使仿真环境更接近PDC钻头切削齿破岩的实际工况,在切削齿施加转速边界条件的情况下,更能反映出切削过程中切削齿不同位置的温度分布情况;同一个齿的齿刃上因各点的线速度不同,温度分布也不同,齿刃切削区域上靠近钻头轴线侧的温度低于远离钻头轴线侧的温度。
Research on the temperature field of the PDC bit cutter in the process of rock breaking was conducted on the basis of the finite element method. The finite element software was adopted to simulate and analyze dynamic rock breaking. The explicit penetration contact algorithm of temperature-displacement coupling was used to study the temperature distribution of the cutter in the process of rock breaking. The three-dimensional cutter-rock simulation model was established. The distribution law of single cutter temperature field in the process of rock breaking was an- alyzed. The analysis shows that adoption of three-dimensional surface rock simulation makes the simulation environ- ment closer to the practical operating conditions of the cutter rock-breaking. The temperature distribution of the cut- ter in different positions in the cutting process can be reflected more desirably if the boundary condition is imposed upon the cutter. The temperature distribution is different for the blade of the same tooth due to the different linear velocities of the points. The temperature near the axial side of the bit in the blade cutting zone is lower than that far from the axial side of the bit.
