摘要 介绍了采用优先选铜—硫砷精矿强化浸金—尾矿氰化工艺方案综合回收了国外某矿石中的金和铜。该矿原矿石含Au3.40g/t、Ag16.9g/t、Cu1.07%、As1.16%、TS5.38%,金、铜矿物嵌布粒度微细,嵌布关系复杂,金分布较为分散,且有很大一部分被硫化物或脉石包裹,砷含量高,属于复杂难处理高砷金铜矿。试验采用石灰+亚硫酸钠组合抑制剂抑砷,优先获得了可以直接销售的合格铜金精矿,采用热压预氧化—氰化法回收硫砷精矿中的金,氰化浸出浮选尾矿中的金,金、铜综合回收率分别达到83.47%和87.20%。 The technical flowsheet of selective copper flotation--cyanide leaching of gold of the arsenicand sulfur concentrate-cyanide tailing to be adopted for the recovery of gold and copper in an ore overseas was introduced. The ore contains 3.40g/tAu, 16.9g/tAg, 1.07% Cu, 1.16% As and 5.38% TS, the gold and copper minerals of which are finelydisseminated and complicatedly embedded and the gold distribution in which is scattered, most of which are wrapped by sulfide and gangues. Meanwhile, the content of arsenic is relatively high. So it belongs to a complicated and refractory gold-copper ore containing high arsenic. The combined inhibitor of lime and sodium sulfite was adopted to suppress arsenic, which can get the qualified gold-copper concentrate that can be directly sold. When hot-press pre-oxidation was adopted to recover gold in the sulfur-arsenic and cyanide leaching was adopted to recover gold in the tailings. The comprehensive recovery of copper and gold was reached 83.47% and 87.20% respectively.
