摘要
远程教育学员中大部分是参加工作的成年人,他们参加远程教育的学习基于不同的学习动机,学习行为也有别于普通高校的学生。本文基于远程学习者学习动机和学习行为分析的基础上,指出远程学习者掌握恰当的学习策略是实现有效学习的关键。
Distance education students are working adults, they participate in distance education study based on different motivation, learning behavior is different from the ordinary college students. Based on distance learners on the basis of motivation and learning behavior analysis, pointed out that the distance learners to master the appropriate learning strategy is the key to effective learning.
