摘要
为更好地发挥护士的潜能 ,增强护士的竞争意识 ,调动护士的工作主动性和积极性 ,我院于 1999年 1月开始在 4个科室试行护士聘任上岗制。通过采取有效地选拔聘任方法 ,使护士聘任后发挥了极大的工作热情 ,同时也通过护士们的努力工作 ,护理工作考核指标、满意度均有明显的提高。经过一年的实践证明
To give full play to nurse’s potential, to strengthen the competition consciousness of nurses and to bring nurse’s initiative into play, “Nursing Staff Engaging System” had been carried out in 4 departments of our hospital since Jan. 1999. Through adopting the effective method of selecting and engaging, nurses bring their maximum working enthusiasms into play after they were engaged. Assessing index of nursing work and satisfaction degrees were elevated markedly. Over one year period of practice, it turned out that carrying out “ Nursing Staff Engaging System” is a feasible and effective way of nursing management.
