摘要
以甲壳胺和白及胶为成膜材料 ,按不同配比混合制备甲硝唑药膜。测定 3种不同配比的载药膜在蒸馏水中的溶出度 ,及同一种载药膜在不同 p H介质中的溶出度。结果表明 :药膜柔软透明 ,有一定的强度 ;不同配比的载药膜溶出度存在显著差异 ,同一种载药膜在 p H6.5和 p H7.4的缓冲溶液中的溶出度与在蒸馏水中的溶出度相差不大。认为甲壳胺 -白及胶混合制备载药膜是可行的 。
The metronidazole films were prepared by mixing chitosan and gum Bletilla at different ratios. The soft, transparent and intensive films were obtained with the controlled releasing property by adjusting the ratio of chitosan and gum Bletilla. Dissolution of metronidazole in different films was determined and showed significantly different in distilled water (P<0.05). But the dissolution of the same film showed no significantly different in distilled water and in pH 6.5 and pH7.4 buffer solutions(P>0.05).
