摘要
本文采用GC-MS技术分析了挥发油类生药藿香(Agastache rugosa)不同部位(茎、叶和花)的化学组成与相对含量,确定了32种化合物的结构,其中包括叶油24种、茎油27种和花油22种。藿香茎、叶和花主要成分均为甲基胡椒酚(60.01~88.43%),另外,d-柠檬烯、丁香烯、十六酸、亚油酸、十氢-7-甲基-3-甲烯基-4-(1-甲基乙基)-1H-环戊基[1,3]环丙基[1,2]苯等也为其重要化合物。
The chemical components and their relative contents of essential oil in different parts (stems,leaves and flowers) of Agastache rugosa have been analyzed by GC-MS technique,and 32 kinds of chemical structures in these three kinds of oils have been identified.Among which,it included 24 kinds in leaf-oil,27 in stem-oil and 22 in flower-oil.The principal components in these three kinds of oils were all methylchavicol (60.01~88.43 %),and other important components were d-limonene,caryophyl- lene,hexadecanoic acid,linoleic acid,octahydro-7-methyl-methylene-4-(1-methylethyl)-1H-cyclopenta [ 1,3 ] cyclopropa [ 1,2 ] benzene,etc.
