电针傍刺对大鼠皮肤压疮血浆SOD活性及MDA含量的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的:探讨电针傍刺法对大鼠皮肤压疮血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:采用大鼠背部皮肤植入铁片外压磁铁法制造大鼠皮肤压疮模型,将75只SD大鼠按随机数字表随机分为空白组、针刺组和电针组3组,每组25只。观察各组大鼠在接受治疗1天、3天、7天、14天、21天后5个时间点的血浆SOD活性及MDA含量变化。结果:电针组、针刺组大鼠血浆SOD活性都有所提高,MDA含量均有不同程度降低,以电针组变化最大,其中3天组变化最为明显。结论:电针傍刺可明显提高压疮大鼠血浆SOD活性并降低MDA含量,改善大鼠的抗氧化能力,抑制体内氧自由基的破坏,可能是电针治疗大鼠皮肤压疮的作用机制之一。 Objective:To explore the impact of the electroacupuncture near the pressure sores on the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in rats' plasma.Methods:Implanted pieces of steel in the back skin of rats,and then put corresponding specifications of the magnet above the skin of rats.75 SD rats were divided into three groups of the blank group,the acupuncture group and EA group by random number table.Each group had 25 rats,Closely observe the changes of activity of SOD and the content of MDA in rats' plasma at five different time pionts after they accepted the treatment for one day,three days,seven days,fourteen days and twenty-one days.Results:The rats' plasma activity of SOD had increased,contents of MDA were reduced to varying degrees in both EA group and acupuncture group.Changes in the EA group was greater than those in the acupuncture group.What was the most obvious changes appear in the group of three days which belonged to the EA group.Conclusion:The electroacupuncture near the pressure sores can obviously improve rats' plasma activity of SOD and decrease the contents of MDA.By improving the rats' plasma activity of SOD and decreasing the content of MDA,thereby improving the antioxidant capacity of rats,inhibition of the destruction of oxygen free radicals may be one of the mechanisms of electroacupuncture for the treatment of skin pressure ulcers in rats.
