摘要
随着航空航天及国防工业的发展,镁合金作为轻合金结构材料得到日益广泛的应用。镁合金铸件的成形技术成为开发应用镁合金的关键,作为反重力精密成形技术的低压铸造在镁合金成形中得到一定发展。文中主要介绍了镁合金低压铸造保护方法,镁合金低压铸造工艺及数值模拟研究,以及镁合金真空低压消失模铸造新技术的研究现状及展望。
With the development of the aerospace as well as national defense science and technology, magnesium alloys become widely used as light-alloy structural materials. Therefore, .forming technology of magnesium alloy castings becomes the key to the development and application of magnesium alloy, especially the low pressure casting process, as an anti-gravity precision forming technology, get a certain development in formation of magnesium alloy. In this paper, new progresses in low pressure casting of magnesium alloy were introduced, including the protection methods, the process and numerical simulation of low pressure casting of magnesium alloy, besides, the current research and prospects of magnesium alloy vacuum low-pressure expendable pattern casting as a new technology was involved.
