介绍了五方向分型自动射芯机的设计思路、主要组成部件、应用实例等。该整机性能稳定,实现在同一工位完成射砂、取芯,在同一时间出芯和加砂,且该设备集机、电、气一体,全程运动采用PLC控制,大大提高了工作效率、降低了劳动强度,已成功应用于车桥砂芯的生产。
The five-way type automatic core shooting machine in the design ideas, main components, and application examples was introduced. The machine is stable in performance, achieving sand shooting and core-stripping in the same position, and then removing the core and sand feeding at the same time. The core shooting machine integrates machine, electricity and gas integration, which is controlled by PLC in the entire movement. The machine improves efficiency greatly, reduces labor intensity, and has been successfully used in the production of the axle sand core.
