摘要
目的体外研究2种不同光照方式介导的光动力疗法(PDT)对根管内粪肠球菌(E.faecalis)感染的抗菌效应。方法以亚甲基蓝为光敏剂,将成功建立根管E.faecalis感染模型的18个牛切牙样本,随机分为2组,每组9个样本,分别采用不同光照方式进行PDT处理,即将光导纤维置于根管口照射或置于根管内距离根尖1 mm处照射。于实验前、后分别取样,即刻培养,采用菌落计数法检测根管内E.faecalis数目。结果经PDT处理后,2组根管内E.faecalis数目较实验前均显著下降(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在相同光照参数条件下,直根管内PDT抗菌效应不受光导纤维在根管内位置的影响。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of photodynamic therapy (PDT) in reducing Enterococcus faecalis (E. faecalis) in root canals with two different light delivery systems. Methods The model of bovine root canals with E. faecalis infection was estabhshed. Eigh- teen infected canals were randomly dividod into two groups with 9 samples in each. One group was treated by PDT with a fiber irradiated above the root canalorifice while the other group was performed with an intraeanal fiber which placed in the apical portion of the root canal usually 1 mm from the apex. Samples were collected before and after testing procedures and CFU was determined. Results The numbers of E. faecalis in root canals were effectively reduced after PDT in both two groups (P 〈 0.05 ), there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Under the same illumination parameters, the susceptibility of E. faecalis to PDT would not be impact- ed by the location of optical fibres in infected straight canals.
