应用LISS系统治疗老年股骨粗隆骨间骨折效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨LISS系统内固定系统(1ess invasive stabilization systems,LISS)在老年性股骨粗隆间骨折中的临床应用效果及价值。方法将100例老年股骨粗隆间随机分为对照组50例(DSH动力髋螺钉治疗)、观察组50例(LISS系统治疗),对照两组患者手术时间、出血量、骨折愈合时间、骨不连率、畸形愈合率、内固定物变形率。结果两组患者手术时间、出血量、骨折愈合时间(t=5.22、5.33、5.35,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义);骨不连率、畸形愈合率、内固定物变形率(χ2=4.56、4.66、5.22,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义)。结论 LISS内固定系统从生物力学和解剖结构上较其他内固定方法能够满足老年股骨粗隆间骨折治疗要求,对老年性股骨粗隆间骨折是一种有效的治疗方法 。 Objective To investigate the LISS system internal fixation system in the senile intertrochanter fracture of femur in the clinical application and value.Methods 100 elderly patients with intertrochanteric femoral were randomly divided into 50 cases in the control group(DSH dynamic hip screw in the treatment of),50 cases in observation group(LISS treatment),control group two patients with operation time,bleeding volume,the healing time of the fracture,nonunion,malunion rate,rate of implant deformation rate.Results The two groups of patients with operation time,bleeding volume,fracture healing time(t=5.22,5.33,5.35,P 0.05,with significant difference);bone nonunion,malunion rate,rate of implant deformation rate(χ2=4.56,4.66,5.22,P 0.05,with significant difference).Conclusion LISS internal fixation system from biomechanical and anatomical structure than other fixation methods can meet the needs of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture treatment requirements,for senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture is an effective treatment method.
