摘要
由于结构的真实外载荷及结构的真实承载能力,都是概率意义上的量,设计时不可能予以精确的值;以此为出发点,使用概率设计来评估模型的输入参数或假设条件的不确定性对于结果的影响。涡轮盘是很重要的发动机部件,采用概率设计可以有效的提高其设计质量。利用自动加载技术,在CAD模型的边界上添加属性,将需要进行分析的数据(边界条件和材料性能等)与几何信息相关联,以进行自动的数据加载以及进一步的分析。采用结果验证其可行性,同时可以节省大量的时间。
