摘要 学校布局调整是目前各地整合教育资源、缩小教育城乡差距的主要措施。大姚县自2009年开展学校布局调整以来,对于整合教育资源、缩小教育城乡差距等取得了一定的成效,但仍存在一些问题,特别是少数民族地区因其传统文化、风俗习惯等的影响,学校布局调整必然会面临一些新的难题。本文以少数民族地区大姚县为例,通过分析大姚县学校布局调整的现状,找出其问题所在,并针对其提出相应的解决对策。 Our government is taking steps to adjust educational resources to decrease the educational gap between urban and rural areas, and the most important step is to reform the layout of schools. Since 2009, much progress has been made in the field of Da Yao county, however, some problems still exist, especially in some Ethnic minority areas where the layout of schools is influenced and limited by its traditional culture and custom, there will be more new problems in the way of reforming the layout of schools. In this article, Da Yao county will be taken as an example to get to tell us more about the current situation of reform in the layout of schools, so that we can find the existing problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
