摘要
本文从什么是"创新"开始,论述了培养学生创新能力的重要意义。并从帮助学生树立正确的人生观和价值观、做好基础课程及专业基础课程的讲授工作、加大学生动手能力的培养力度三个方面入手,论述了教师如何在教学实践中培养理工科学生的创新能力。最后,总结出如何培养学生创新能力是教师恒久不变的课题,要不断思考并不断完善。
This paper begins with the concept of what the innovation is and expounds the importance of training the innovative ability of students.How to train innovative ability of students of science and engineering during the teaching practice It can be done from the following three aspects.Firstly,assisting the students to build correct outlooks and values.Secondly,trying the best to teach the students about basic and major subjects.Thirdly,further efforts should be made to train students about the capability of working with hand.Finally,we conclude that it is a unvarying subject and we should always think and bring steady improvement about it.
