摘要
目前,对于酿酒葡萄分类问题的方法很多,本文针对这一问题在没有明确分类情况下,提出模糊C均值聚类和主成分分析算法。在已知葡萄酒质量评分结果的前提下,首先运用聚类的方法根据葡萄酒的质量对酿酒葡萄进行分级,进一步运用主成分分析的方法对酿酒葡萄的理化指标进行处理,提出新的分类标准,针对主成分对酿酒葡萄进行分级。
here are many methods about the wine grape classification, in the case of no clear classification, this paper puts forward the fuzzy cmeans clustering (FCM) and principal component analysis algorithm, under the circumstance of knowing wine quality score results, firstly according to the quality of the wine,clustering methods was used to classify the wine grape, and then deal with the data of the physical and chemical index of wine grape using principal component analysis method,a new classification standard is put forward,the wine grape is classified according to the principal component.
