摘要 目的:探讨分隔膜密闭式输液接头在预防导管相关性血流感染中的作用。方法:收治使用PICC导管患者300例,随机分为实验组150例和对照组150例,实验组每周更换分隔膜密闭式输液接头,对照组每周更换传统的正压接头。结果:实验组发生导管相关性血流感染2例,对照组发生导管相关性血流感染9例,P<0.05。结论:使用分隔膜密闭式输液接头能降低导管相关性血流感染的发生率。 Objective:To explore the role of Q-SyteTM in the prevention of catheter-related bloodstream infections.Methods:300 cases of patients with PICC lines in our department from January 2008 to October 2011 were random divided into experimental groups and control group of 150 cases,The experimental group weekly replacement Q SyteTM,Control group weekly to replace the traditional positive pressure connector.Results:Experimental group 2 cases of catheter-related bloodstream infections,The control group 9 cases of catheter-related bloodstream infections,P 0.05。 Conclusion:The Q-SyteTM can reduce the incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infections.
