摘要
针对某厂热轧带钢头尾100m以内出现形态呈不规则斜线形或S形折叠缺陷的问题,分析了缺陷产生的原因。通过控制粗轧、精轧横振,优化精轧减速速度和卷取张力以及夹送辊压力等改进措施,有效地降低了折叠缺陷的发生率。
Aiming at irregular bias or s-shaped fold defects on hot strip distributed along 100 meters, reasons to cause the defects are analyzed. By means of controlling the centerline of rough rolling and finishing rolling, optimizing the reducing speed of finishing rolling,coiling tension and the force of pinching roll, the ratio of fold defects are greatly reduced.
