摘要
研究了酚系高效减水剂 (以下简称PA)的配方、合成工艺及其性能 ,讨论了影响PA高效减水剂性能的主要反应条件。当磺化剂用量及酚、醛比例确定后 ,合成反应进行的时间及分子量调节剂用量是影响PA高效减水剂性能的重要因素 ,通常将合成反应时间控制在 5~ 7h ,分子量调节剂的用控制在 1 %~ 2
In this paper, a synthetic method of PA high range water reducing agent was studied.The mian facts affecting the properties of PA high range water reducing agent were also discussed.When the added amount of sulfonation agent and the ratio of phenol to aldehyde were determined,the main facts that influence the properties of PA high range water reduing agent were the reaction times and the added amoumt of moecular modifier. ordinary, the synthetic time is betwween 5~7 h,the satisfactory added amount of molecular modifier is between 1%~2%.
