摘要 近年来,空气源热水器以其明显的安全性、节能性、环保性逐渐被重视和应用,显示出巨大的市场潜力。设计了1个直热式空气源热水器恒温控制调节系统,其核心是采用2片C8051F340单片机通信来控制信号的输入与输出、温度调节与显示。该恒温控制系统智能性强,可根据用户需求在线设置目标出水温度,并通过实际出水温度和设定温度的差值,自动调节进水量。在数字PID的基础上,加入了首次关阀、斜率控制与阀门跟踪,形成了适合本系统的优化PID控制算法,该系统能够在5min左右达到目标区域温度,且能有效的抑制超调,最终实现热水器的恒温出水。 In recent years, air source water heater is gradually being taken seriously and applied for its safety, energy conservation,and environmental protection. This paper designs a directly heated air source thermostatically controlled regulating system,while the core is the temperature controller which uses two pieces of C8051F340 microcontrollers communication to control the signal input and output, temperature adjustment and display. This constant temperature control system has strong intelligence; it can be set the water temperature according to the needs of users online. At the same time,it can automatically adjust the water level in the light of the difference between water temperature and setting temperature. On the basis of the digital PID, it forms optimized PID control algorithm for the system by augmentation with the first valve close, the slope control and valve tracking. This system can control the temperature to target area in about 5 rain and suppress overshoot effectively, which makes the water heater supply of constant temperature water ultimately.
