摘要
采用Mannich反应使木质素接枝胺基 ,生成木质素胺阳离子表面活性剂 ,应用元素分析仪测定改性样品的含氮量 ,并通过三因子一次回归正交设计安排试验 。
The amine unit is grafted in lignin through Manrich reaction to compound a kind of cationic surfactant-lignin amine.The nitrotrogenous content and the modification rate of the modified lignin is measured by elementary analysis.and acetate-cellulose film electrophoresis.The main factors which affect the nitrogenous content and the modification rate and the best technological conditions are determined by adopting three factors one power regression orthgonal design.
