摘要
目的:了解传染病预警系统在衢州市的运行情况。方法:对2008年4月21日-2011年6月30日预警系统产生的预警信号、信号响应率、响应时间、初步判断核实和暴发数据进行描述性分析。结果:2008年4月21日-2011年6月30日,衢州市共接到传染病预警系统发出的预警信号2724条,预警信号响应率99.96%,24 h信号核实率为95.04%,移动百分位法报告病例数与预警信号数的比值为7.12∶1。疑似事件占全部预警信号的3.05%,疑似事件阳性率为19.28%。结论:预警系统已初步实现传染病暴发的早期探测预警,但仍需进一步改进和完善。
Objective:To analyze the application of China Infectious Diseases Automated-alert and Response System(CIDARS).Methods: Amount of signal,proportion of signal response,time to signal response,manner of signal verification and outbreak data were descriptively analyzed from April 21,2008 to June 30,2011.Results: A total of 2724 signals,relating to 18 kinds of infectious diseases,were generated in Quzhou in CIDARS.99.96% of the signals han been responsed and median time to response was 1.23 h.The ratio of number of reported cases and warning signals was 7.12∶ 1 by using moving percentile method.3.05% of all warning signals were considered to be related to suspected events via the preliminary verification and 19.28% of the suspected events were confirmed as outbreak by further field investigation.Conclusion: The system seemed to have worked on the outbreak early warning of infectious diseases,but still need to further improve and perfect.
