摘要
通过对采用粘性剪切流动理论推导建立单螺杆食品挤压机生产率模型 ,进行了仿真求解 ,并对运算结果进行了实验验证 根据对误差产生原因的分析 ,对生产率计算模型进行了修正 ,并借助对生产率修正模型的仿真进行数据的回归 。
The productivity calculation model of single screw food extruders,which is based on the theory of viscous shear flow, is calculated through computer simulation, and the calculation results are verified by experiments. On the basis of an analysis on the causes of errors, the productivity calculation model is corrected, and a better regression model is established by regression on simulation calculation data of the new model.
