深圳市2010-2011年人群土源性线虫感染状况调查 被引量:3

Survey of the Status of Soil-Borne Nematode Infection in Shenzhen in 2010-2011

摘要 目的了解深圳市土源性线虫人群感染状况,为制订防治措施提供科学依据。方法选取3周岁以上常住居民作为调查对象,采集粪便标本,应用改良加藤厚涂片法(Kato-Katz)一送三检查蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫、蛲虫等土源性寄生虫虫卵,分析其感染率和感染度。结果在宝安、龙岗、福田、南山、光明5个区总计调查3935人,感染人数19人,平均感染率为0.48%,其中蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫和蛲虫感染率分别为0.13%、0.28%、0.05%和0.03%;蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫感染者每克粪便算术平均虫卵数分别为242、81.6和120,均为轻度感染。5个区中感染率最高的是宝安区,为0.86%,最低的是福田区,为0.13%,各区感染率差异无统计学意义(χ2=6.81,P>0.05)。男女平均感染率分别为0.56%和0.40%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.59,P>0.05)。感染率以<20岁(0.55%)、20~岁(0.60%)和30~岁(0.65%)这3个年龄组最高。结论深圳市土源性线虫人群感染状况处于较低水平,感染率低于2001-2004年广东省人体重要寄生虫病感染状况调查水平。 Objective To understand the status of soil-borne nematode infection in Shenzhen and provide scientific basis for control strategy. Methods The survey was targeted on the permanent residents over 3 years old. Modified Kato Katz's thick smear was used to detect the soil-borne nematode eggs such as asearis, whipworm, hookworm and threadworm in the feces. The data of infection rate and infectiosity were analyzed. Results A total of 3 935 persons were investigated in 5 districts.19 were infected and the mean infection rate of soil-borne nematode was 0.48%,of which the infection rates of ascaris,whipworm,hookworm and threadworm were 0.13% ,0.28% ,0.05% and 0.03%, respectively.EPGs of ascaris, whipworm and hookworm infected persons were 242,81.6 and 120, respectively,and all were mild infection. The district with the highest infection rate was Baoan (0.86%),and the district with the lowest infection rate was Futian (0.13%). Differences between the infection rates of different districts was not statistically significant (X^2=6.81 ,P〉0.05).The average infection rates of male and female were 0.56% and 0.40%, respectively. Difference between the infection rate in different gender was not statistically significant(X^2=0.59,P〉0.05). Analysis of the age distribution revealed that the highest score was found in the age group of less than 20 years old (0.55%),20- years old (0.60%) and 30- years old (0.65%). Conclutions The status of soil-borne nematode infection in Shenzhen was at a lower level.The infection rate of soil- borne nematode was lower than the infection rate in the current-status survey of human important parasitic diseases of Guangdong province in 2001-2004.
