杂质对烟气脱硫石膏热脱水性能的影响

摘要 采用TG-DSC测试方法研究了烟气脱硫石膏在不同升温速率下的热脱水性及其所含杂质产生的影响。结果表明,不同烟气脱硫石膏的两步脱水反应峰形有所不同:活化能高的,两步脱水反应的吸热峰较为明显;而活化能低的,两步脱水反应的吸热峰发生重叠现象。烟气脱硫石膏的两步脱水反应均遵循Avrami-Erofeev方程。镁离子和氯离子能降低烟气脱硫石膏的活化能。 Effect of impurities on the thermal dehydration properties of flue gas desulfurization (FGD) gypsum was studied by TG-DSC. Results show that two endothermic peak shape of dehydration reaction in various FGD gyp sums are different, and depend on different activation energy: the higher the activation energy, the more obvious two endothermic peaks; whereas, the lower the activation energy, the more overlapped two endothermic peaks. The dehy- dration reaction of FGD gypsum follows Avrami-Erofeev equation. With the presence of chloride and magnesium ions, the activation energy of gypsum is lower.
