跖跗关节骨折脱位的诊治体会 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨跖跗关节骨折脱位的诊治方法及临床疗效。方法对19例跖跗关节骨折脱位采用切开解剖复位结合克氏针、螺钉或接骨板内固定。结果19例获随访12-48个月，术后疗效按美国矫形足踝协会（AOFAS）1994年制定的中足评分标准评定：优12例，良3例，可2例，差2例。结论早期明确诊断、把握手术时机、解剖复位、稳定内固定是治疗跖跗关节骨折脱位获得良好疗效的关键。
