摘要
目的探讨修复隆鼻术后并发症的方法。方法对30例隆鼻术后出现并发症的患者采用鼻部假体取出,并联合应用耳廓软骨鼻尖成形及硅胶假体置入重新隆鼻的术式进行修复。结果本组30例患者均采用上述术式,经过1~2年的随访,二次修复后,原并发症消除,鼻部形态基本满意。结论联合应用耳廓软骨鼻尖成形及硅胶假体置入隆鼻是一种修复隆鼻术后并发症的有效方法。
Objective To explore the method of repairing the complications of rhinoplasty. Methods Thirty patients with complications after rhinoplasty were repaired by using auricular cartilage combination with silicone prosthesis. Results Satisfactory results were obtained after 1 to 2 years followed-up,and the original complications were eliminated. Conclusion The method is effective for the treatment of the complication of rhinoplasty.
