摘要
目的观察康妇消炎栓联合桂枝茯苓胶囊对慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果。方法将笔者所在医院收治的182例慢性盆腔炎患者随机均分为对照组及治疗组,对照组给予桂枝茯苓胶囊口服治疗,治疗组给予桂枝茯苓胶囊口服+康妇消炎栓塞肛治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为90.10%,对照组为78.03%,治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组盆腔炎复发率为6.59%,对照组为24.18%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论康妇消炎栓联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,盆腔炎复发率低,安全、可靠,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective To observe Kangfute anti-inflammatory suppository with Guizhi Fuling capsule of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treatment. Methods 182 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the hospital on governance random level is divided into control and treated groups,given control group Guizhi Fuling capsule treatment, given treatment group Kangfu anti-inflammatory and Guizhi Fuling capsule treatment.Two groups were observed treatment effect. Results Treatment group, the total effective rate was 90.10%,78.03% in the control group,treatment effect of the treatment group is better than control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）;treatment group,pelvic inflammatory disease recurrence rate was 6.59%,in the control group was 24.18%,the difference was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository composite Guizhi Fuling capsule treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease significantly, pelvic inflammatory disease recurrence rate is low,safe,reliable,which is worthy of wide dissemination.
