摘要
目的建立羚翘解毒丸中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用EclispseXDBC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以0.4%磷酸溶液-乙腈(87︰13)为流动相,检测波长为327nm;进样量为10μL;流速为1.0mL/min;柱温为30℃,采用高效液相色谱法检测羚翘解毒丸中绿原酸的含量。结果绿原酸在0.10~5.00μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),回归方程为Y=1286.16X-5.1254(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.86%,RSD=3.77%(n=6);测得羚翘解毒丸样品中绿原酸平均含量为0.90mg/g。结论该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,测定结果可靠,可用于羚翘解毒丸的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish test facility of caffeotannic acid in lingyangjiao and fructus detoxication pill. Methods Content detection of caffeotannic acid in lingyangjiao and fructus detoxication pill with HPLC. chromatographic column was Eclispse XDB Cls(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm), mobile phase was phosphoric acid and acetonitrile solution (87 : 13) in ld%, wave length of detection was 327 nm, sample size was 10 μL, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, column temperature was 30 ℃ . Results Linear relation of caffeotannic acid was satisfactory from 0.10 to 5.00 μ g(r=0.999 8), regression equation was Y=1286.16X-5.1254 ( r=0.999 8 ), average recovery was 99.86%, RSD=3.77% ( n=6 ); average content detection of caffeotannic acid was 0.90 mg/g in lingyangjiao and fructus detoxication pill. Conclusion This method is simple, high sensitivity and reliable, which can be used for detecting caffeotannic acid in lingyangjiao and fructus detoxication pill
